ah , miss the old "magic days", when we use to play magic the gathering cards in highschool. Excellent artwork on almost every card sold.

Anyway, this was my first attempt in painting, i rarely use the bitmap tools in fireworksmx, but this time I had to ( smudging,color burn etc.). The demon face and the entire layout was made in fwmx . Except for the planets and stars, which was created using various filters in Photoshop 6. enjoy !

ahhh... those nostalgic highschool days of Magic: The Gathering. You'd enter the school canteen and you'll mistake the whole place for an official tournament convention. :D

though i have to say that i never realy changed decks all that much unlike the hardcore players. Stayed with white-weenie, Land Destruction and Discarding decks. hehehehe....!

magic cards rule. i like the old look of the cards to the new flushed color look they have going now. Ya cant tell white cards from artifacts any more.

this reminds me of some set I have... I want to say ice age but I know it isn't that.. ::thinks:: the dark maybe? I cant remember... too many sets!
